Q: “How quickly will I be able to go through the program?”

A: Each module consists of approx. 2 hours of prerecorded, “hands-on” training, available via video and audio instructions, often supported with an extensive manual.

The program consists of a quick-start module, an introduction module, 10 modules that form the heart of the program plus a bonus module. All the modules will lead up to doing mental exercises that enable you to change your behavior for the better. Each module focuses primarily on explaining how to carry out specific exercises.

The `do part´ of each module – the exercises themselves – take between 5 and 20 minutes on average. Some modules will ask you to continue carrying out the exercise you’ve learned for a limited number of days afterwards, often allowing to begin with the next module at the same time.

The quickest student thus far was able to go through the whole program in one week. On average, people need between 2 and 4 weeks and do a couple of modules each week.
